The Bread is "Philly bread" from Liscio's Bakery. No other bread will do. Philly bread is just the right texture, nice and soft with a perfect crust. The texture helps the juices to absorb into the bread for a taste experience.Sauted golden brown slathered with Kraft Cheez Whiz, sauteed onions or your choice of assorted toppings. Shaggy's serves up their cheesesteaks on six or nine inch rolls sporting a quarter-pound or half pound of rib-eye beef.
